Lacey Clark, Principal

Lacey has been recruiting for over 20 years, hiring at all levels and in multiple industries. She is a principal with Seattle Financial and manages the recruiting and sales team.  Her background includes time at Amazon, Lucent and a startup company, Terabeam.  She has successfully recruited for many sectors, including high-tech, construction, financial, real estate, aerospace, and manufacturing. 

Growing up in Idaho, she moved to Seattle when she was 21 and started her career at a staffing agency, and within a few years, she moved to in-house recruiting.  Recruiting was always a passion, but she took a detour into the field of real estate when her daughter was young.  Lacey has been back to her recruiting roots for over seven years and loves the challenge of playing matchmaker for company and employee. When she’s not working, you’ll find Lacey spending time with her daughter, doing yoga, running, boating, hiking and spending as much time as possible outdoors.

Lisa Glenn, Lead Recruiter

Lisa has a diverse background encompassing recruiting, sales and event management within multiple industries including oil & gas, education and retail.  Lisa is also well-traveled having originated in Eastern Washington, pursued collegiate studies in Arizona as well as lived abroad in New Zealand.  Lisa has found her home once again in Seattle where she has resided for the past decade.  While pursuing her degree at Arizona State University, Lisa expanded her Office Assistant duties to aid recruiters for the Honors College.  Lisa quickly realized how much she loved connecting with people as well as sharing her excitement about ASU.  Lisa has broadened her skill set by managing her family’s petroleum business, recruiting at staffing agencies and executing education sales and events.  She excels at building relationships and connecting with people on both sides of the equation:  employers and potential employees.  Lisa is motivated by helping both her clients and her candidates find the right fit.

In terms of work life balance, Lisa enjoys traveling and discovering the newest culinary establishments throughout Seattle.  Lisa is a long-time volunteer with the Seattle Theatre Group where she is able to fulfill her performing arts and concert fix.  In addition, she loves the outdoors and regularly partakes in a multitude of activities from hiking, running and boating to waterskiing and snow skiing, whenever possible.

Angela Pasquale, Lead Recruiter

Angela grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Business Management and an Economics Minor. Motivated by a passion for people and business, Angela started her first recruiting position right out of college in 2004. In 2008 Angela began working for Gramor Development and quickly became a hiring lead for nine different construction related companies.  Her ability to create long standing relationships is a byproduct of her desire to always exceed expectations. She is motivated every day by matching great talent to growing organizations.

In 2009 Angela got the running bug and started competing in races throughout the state.  She recently completed her first sprint triathlon. Angela enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and eating good food whether cooked at home or enjoying a new Seattle restaurant.
