Position: Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Bellevue
Salary: DOE

Description: Primary Responsibilities & Duties • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s system of internal controls by leading and performing financial and operational audits with a focus on identifying and recommending process and control improvements. • Assess the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information. • Ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations that could have a significant impact on operations and financial results. • Identify opportunities to maximize company’s quality, utilization of resources, customer service and financial objectives. • Work effectively both independently and as a part of a global team. • Conduct business with the highest ethical standards and treat confidential information appropriately. • Promote innovation and open communication.

Qualifications: Required Education • BS in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting (or equivalent for non-U.S. applicants) required. • Certification (CIA, CPA, CISA or CMA) and Masters Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or Business Administration required for outside hire. Preferred Education • Certification (CIA, CPA, CISA or CMA) or Masters Degree in Accounting Required Experience • Six to eight years of broad, diversified experience in public accounting, manufacturing accounting and/or internal audit, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity. • Thorough knowledge of auditing theory and practice. • Familiarity with application system controls. • Superior analytical ability. • In-depth knowledge of accounting/finance. • Internal Audit fundamentals – has developed audit programs/testing procedures and is skilled in developing actionable recommendations to improve internal controls. • Thorough understanding of and experience implementing compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act with emphasis on sections 404/302. Preferred Experience • Prior experience with data extraction/analysis in multiple environments (i.e. SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, Baan, Infinium, etc.) • Prior manufacturing audit experience Skills/Unique Facets Of Position • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills. • In-depth understanding of business organizations and management control processes. • Must have strong leadership skills with ability to supervise and motivate staff to achieve high level of professional work while maximizing performance. • Ability to make decisions and exercise independent judgment. • Ability to effectively work with all levels in the company. • Must have superior administrative skills to complete audit/projects with ability to lead and coordinate several audits/projects simultaneously. • Position requires travel about 40-50% of the time including international. • Your activities will be focused on all subsidiaries globally. • Willingness to relocate after the Internal Audit assignment is completed.


Position: Cost Accountant
Location: Seattle
Salary: $55K

Description: Responsible for the success of the Accounting department's budget, staffing, and performance. Maintains effective relationships with customers, vendors, management, and ownership in regard to accounting and business needs. Oversees auditing functions, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivables, and payroll.

Qualifications: Requirements: A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Proven success in a management role. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Familiar with integrated general ledger software systems and financial reporting. Previous experience with JDE and RTP applications highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to identify/solve problems, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively. Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a business.


Position: Collections Representative
Location: Seattle and Eastside
Salary: $40K DOE

Description: Contact delinquent owners and vendors, or other agencies, to negotiate terms to bring the account current; process payments to insure the payment is posted to the owners account as quickly as possible; meet all departmental standards with regard to calls, delinquency %, and account coverage; provide excellent customer service/education for owners and fellow employees; refunds, adjustments, bankruptcy notices, NSF checks or automatic withdrawal problems; recognize misapplied payments or other billing anomalies and submit adjustments to correct accounting errors.

Qualifications: 1-2 years experience; ability to analyze and resolve customer disputes; strong communication skills, both verbal and written; must be able to work independently within a team atmosphere; strong negotiation skills to resolve customer delinquency; strong customer service skills to ensure a positive company image.


Position: Project Accountant
Location: Seattle
Salary: $75k

Description: Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting on properties assigned to accountant. Work closely with Property Management to meet and exceed Owner’s requirements and deadlines.II. FINANCIALS Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure accounting integrity of books. Monitor and maintain cashbooks on a daily basis. Maintain all supporting general ledger schedules. Ensure timely delivery of all reporting packages. III. BUDGETS & ESCALATIONS Prepare initial Budget and Escalation workbooks. Assist in preparation of Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecasts. Review Final Budgets prior to sending to Ownership. Assist in preparation of quarterly Escalation True-ups, as well as the year-end true-up. Assist in preparation of Estimated Escalation billings.

Position: Accounts Payable
Location: Seattle
Salary: $30-35k

Description: Experienced A/P candidate with a minimum of 2 years full-cycle AP experience. Must have the ability to accurately perform high volume A/P- all aspects- with the skill to take on other tasks. Qualified candidates will be self- motivated, organized, flexible, dedicated and work well with others.

Qualifications:


Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Seattle
Salary: $55-70k

Description: Responsible for traditional accounting functions including monthly close, preparing journal entries, supporting schedules and maintaining general ledger for internal and external reporting. Additional responsibilities include assisting the external auditors with the year-end audit. Specific duties include maintaining balance sheet reconciliation and resolving balance sheet issues, bank reconciliation and report distribution.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and CPA required; 3 - 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in both public and private settings; Strong PC skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where a daily "open items" list may change based upon the needs of management; Ability to handle multiple projects, companies, and general ledgers; Strong initiative, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a deadline oriented atmosphere.


Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Seattle
Salary: $80k

Description: Candidate will be responsible for all retail revenue accounting for the US, Japan and Canada (including complex co-branded credit card arrangements). Additionally, this analyst will do the accounting for marketing and legal spend for the countries mentioned above. Month end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and ad-hoc projects/investigations are key deliverables. This position is often a key contact for finance business partners and must have excellent communication skills. The ability to solve problems and independently resolve issues are also important characteristics of this analyst position.

Qualifications: 4 year degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA a plus. 2-3 years of accounting experience in a fast paced environment. Strong time management skills developed in a deadline driven environment. Strong internal customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with Oracle Financials or other financial reporting application highly regarded. Strong attention to detail . Proven problem solving ability and an inquisitive nature


Position: Tax Accountant
Location: Seattle
Salary: $45-55K

Description: 2-3 years prior tax preparation and review experience in public accounting, and CPA preferred. Ideal candidate will be a strong senior staff level tax accountant with a CPA firm.

Position: Revenue Accounting Manager
Location: Seattle
Salary: $90k

Description: Strong accounting manager needed to lead a team of analysts and be responsible for all US and Japan retail revenue and several operational expense areas including fixed assets, legal, marketing, and payroll. This position is the main contact for finance business partners and must have excellent communication skills. These skills are needed to communicate accounting guidance and processes to all areas external of the US accounting (including financial systems, finance, foreign subsidiaries and business units). This manager will be responsible for the month end close process, including review and presentation of deliverables to management, trial balance review and account reconciliation review and special projects as required. Guiding sound business decisions (supported by relevant data and technical research) and continued process improvement is expected of this position.

Qualifications: 4 year degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA a plus. 8-10 years of experience, both operational and financial accounting. Strong time and resource management skills. Strong people management skills and proven ability to develop staff. Flexible; needs to be able to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize projects as business requires. Strong internal customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with Oracle Financials or other financial reporting application. Exposure to complex legal and reporting structures, including international subsidiaries and consolidations. Needs to be able to dig into the details but can stand back and understand the big picture
