Position: Project Accountant

Description: Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting on properties assigned to accountant. Work closely with Property Management to meet and exceed Owner’s requirements and deadlines.II. FINANCIALS
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure accounting integrity of books. Monitor and maintain cashbooks on a daily basis. Maintain all supporting general ledger schedules. Ensure timely delivery of all reporting packages. III. BUDGETS & ESCALATIONS
Prepare initial Budget and Escalation workbooks. Assist in preparation of Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecasts. Review Final Budgets prior to sending to Ownership. Assist in preparation of quarterly Escalation True-ups, as well as the year-end true-up. Assist in preparation of Estimated Escalation billings.

Position: Accounting Manager - Revenue and Operations
Location: Seattle
Salary: $90-100k
Description: Strong accounting manager needed to lead a team of analysts and be responsible for all US and Japan retail revenue and several operational expense areas including fixed assets, legal, marketing, and payroll. This position is the main contact for finance business partners and must have excellent communication skills. These skills are needed to communicate accounting guidance and processes to all areas external of the US accounting (including financial systems, finance, foreign subsidiaries and business units). This manager will be responsible for the month end close process, including review and presentation of deliverables to management, trial balance review and account reconciliation review and special projects as required. Guiding sound business decisions (supported by relevant data and technical research) and continued process improvement is expected of this position.
Qualifications: 4 year degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA a plus, 8-10 years of experience, both operational and financial accounting. Strong time and resource management skills. Strong people management skills and proven ability to develop staff. Flexible; needs to be able to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize projects as business requires. Strong internal customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with Oracle Financials or other financial reporting application. Exposure to complex legal and reporting structures, including international subsidiaries and consolidations. Needs to be able to dig into the details but can stand back and understand the big picture

Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Seattle
Salary: $90-100k
Description: This position is responsible for the day to day management of the accounting department and supervision of customer billings and accounts payable staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
• Prepares monthly financial statements, ensures all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly on a timely basis. Ensures that all general ledger accounts are properly stated.
• Provides explanations of significant variations in general ledger accounts. Prepares various financial reports as required.
• Supervises billings and accounts payable teams. Prepares performance reviews, holds regular employee meetings, and provides feedback to employees to improve performance. Responsible for making employment decisions and provides mentoring and training to staff.
• Ensures that subsidiary financial statements are received on a timely basis so consolidated financial statements can be prepared.
• Ensure that procedures are documented and provide recommendations to improved operating efficiencies and internal controls.
• Manage treasury functions and prepare daily reports of cash balances and transactions.
• Ensures that customer billings are accurate, revenue and expenses are properly stated and accounts payable invoices are entered accurately and paid on a timely basis.
• Apprises the Controller of progress towards deadlines and any issues or challenges that may occur; covers some duties of the Controller when he/she is absent.
• Assist the Controller on various projects including potential business acquisitions and the annual audit of the financial statements.
• Assists various team members by evaluating workload and balancing assigned tasks as needed.
• Inspires a high level of performance and motivation among the Accounting team.Client Service:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, MBA preferred. Minimum 8 years experience with 3 years experience as a manager of at least 3 staff members. CPA or CMA Certificate is required.Advanced computer and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel including ability to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets. Must have advanced experience working with fully integrated accounting systems. Excellent written and verbal skills are required; must consistently demonstrate good judgment and problem solving abilities. Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks effectively, organize and delegate wor. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, and under pressure. Demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative in all areas of responsibility. Ability to work a flexible schedule; may be requested to work evenings or weekends on occasion. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.

Position: GL Accountant
Location: Bellevue
Salary: $45-55k
Description: General ledger accountant to drive the monthly financial reporting process, monthly closings, bank reconciliations, fixed assets and depreciation, capital leases, management reports, budgeting, B&O and state income taxes, state licenses and registrations. Initial projects will include implementation of a new accounting system and development of controls and procedures. Position is with an extremely rapidly growing company with prospects for acquisitions and financings.
Qualifications: 4 year degree, 3+ years experience with monthly general ledger closings, CPA and experience with multi-state taxation preferred.

Position: Senior Accountant

Salary: $55-70k
Description: Responsible for traditional accounting functions including monthly close, preparing journal entries, supporting schedules and maintaining general ledger for internal and external reporting. Additional responsibilities include assisting the external auditors with the year-end audit. Specific duties include maintaining balance sheet reconciliation and resolving balance sheet issues, bank reconciliation and report distribution.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and CPA required; 3 - 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in both public and private settings; Strong PC skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where a daily "open items" list may change based upon the needs of management; Ability to handle multiple projects, companies, and general ledgers; Strong initiative, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a deadline oriented atmosphere.

Position: Staff Accountant

Description: Perform accounting duties in the areas of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and cash accounting; Manage ad placement contract information in Great Plains, generating quarterly, recurring invoices from a single contract; Prepare invoices; maintain analysis of deferred revenue allocation; Assist with development of process to allocate revenues and direct costs across Client and Channel lines and reflect in GL financial reporting; Maintain the chart of accounts, including maintaining the documentation of the purpose and use of each GL account.

Position: Senior Accountant – General Accounting Group
Location: Seattle
Salary: $65-75k
Description: P&L Analysis – Participates in monthly Profit & Loss and variance analysis of US Branches. Consolidation – Participates in the U.S. Consolidation process and Margin Analysis. Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile various cash accounts and resolve reconciling items. GL Reconciliation - Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items. Maintain the lease database in Access, reconcile rent expense, and prepare lease schedules for the auditors. Review and record monthly journal entries. Respond to questions/requests for information from U.S. offices and other departments and researching information when needed. Provide general accounting support for all U.S. offices. Position: Senior SEC Reporting Accountant
Location: Seattle
Salary: $90k
Description: Client is looking for a strong Financial Analyst with a background in public accounting to join the Corporate Accounting team. This position will be responsible for assistance in the preparation of SEC filings, financial review of press release documents, coordination of both domestic and international statutory filings, and coordination with the external auditors. This position also includes accounting research projects focusing on the adoption or interpretation of GAAP. This person will report directly to the external financial reporting manager.
